The romance ends in the episode "Bury your Dead" It's the first episode of the fifth season.

the relationship ended in "bury your dead".. but the problem began when jeanne found out that tony was an agent and had lied to her all the time thay had been together. when she found out she was obviousl upset and reacted like anyone would. jeanne did give tony a chance when she left him a note saying "im not coming back, toi need to choose" amd this tony read while sitting par a feu then he looked up at ziva in and they stared then he threw the note in the feu and joined his team laughung. even though it was really over then jeanne came back and tried to blame tony for the murder of her father, "the frog" and she soon dropped them . but when tony and jeanne were talking at the end of that episode she asked him was any of it real and he answered no. that was when it was really a dit and done even though at that point i think he still loved her. she is a doctor in a third world country when she left.

Jeanne Benoit broke up with Tony after he revealed that the initial relationship was part of his undercover assignment. The last of their relationship was Season 5 Episode 1 "Bury Your Dead" where it was thought that Tony had been blown up in a car bombing. She did return for one episode, "Internal Affairs"(S5. EP14), but it only served as a finalization of the fact that they were going to stay apart.

Jeane his girlfriend found out he worked for NCIS Enquêtes spéciales and that it was a mission to romance her the ending episode for that was Internal Affairs and Bury Your Dead.

For what happened to the girlfriend.. first her name was Jeanne, the she found out that Tony was undercover and since his identity was fake she though that the l’amour was to! :( The name of the episode that things stated going bad for tony were the season four end Angel of death and the first episode in season 5 bury your dead. Tony made his final desision in season 5 episode 2 family.. he chose the team over her.

Trully. Jeanne was a fool. Between the fool that I have like father and the precious boy that is Tony, I should choose Tony, no doubts.

The episode is called "bury your dead". Tony admitted to her that he was undercover as her boyfriend to get close to her father, Rene Benoir. She never forgave him.

It ended in 'Bury your dead' when Tony's alias' car was blown up in the street. She believed that he was a media studies professor called Tony DiNardo, as part of his undercover assignment to gain information on her father, La Grenouille (the arms dealer Jen was after) He was never meant to fall in l’amour with her. It ends after the explosion when she asks him whats going on and he makes the decision to tell her that he is infact Anthony DiNozzo and he works for NCIS. He partially does this when Grenouille says that he hopes he will not break his daughters cœur, coeur and gives him 'the look' to say that he knows who he really is. She appears again in 'Internal Affairs' when she tips the FBI into the idea that she saw an NCIS Enquêtes spéciales agent in Gibbs' team kill her father on the bateau (she blames Tony obviously). This is all lies of course and when she asks to speak to Tony a second, he is unsure but Ziva says to do it, she is right behind him if she tries anything. Jeanne then asks him if any of it was real and he réponses no. This is the first major hint toi get about Tony's l’amour for Ziva.
