i agree but if u nticed when he left the preliminaries of the Chunin Exams he thought "I'd better not fight. My old self might awaken." so currently, its Kimimaro, but when kabuto releases his former self, i might just change my answer.

I think that kabuto might win by the fact that gaara beat kikimaro, and Kabuto I have to say that he might look like Harry Potter but he is pretty strong, specially working with Orochimaru as his right hand man
