ability- after collecting extreme amounts of chakra into your feet it starts to forms sparks around your feet. This added chakra allows your to push off of the ground to achieve extreme speeds. Using the wind the user can also push of the air.

*a lighting element user can drain your chakra easier
*takes nearly 15 years to fully master.
*during this state it is nearly impossible to channel your chakra because its all moving to quickly in your body to your feet meaning that you can use no ninjutsu or genjutsu in this state or while in it.

*doubles muscle power
*if you kick the person it can paralyze them for short amounts of time

How about this:Instead of gathering natural energy into his own body,Naruto can force it into his opponents',and since they cannot control it,they will turn into a frog statue
Of course if his opponent CAN CONTROL natural energy this technique will not work
Anyway to learn this technique first Naruto has to really master natural energy,like how to gather it faster

*shakes head* thats very good but in that i case i doubt they would let naruto learn that because defeating sasuke would be much to easy what about this? he must first be in sage mode and also he must direct it at the enemy for at least 5 seconds or maybe since sasuke would see naruto chakra trying to enter his body there could be a limit to how far his chakra could go in which sasuke could jump out of the way but maybe by then it would have been to late and half of his arm would have been transformed into a frog *cheesy smile* its a great idea i just get a little carried away with thinking about it and how it would work
in other words i am rambling XD

Thats why I said Naruto first need to learn how to gather natural energy faster,If he can gather it in about...1 second then he would finish Madara in no time.But I doubt Kishimoto would let Naruto learn this tehnique.Its a little...cruel you know

Hey Ive just come up with a new idea although this is not as good as the last one,Narutos chakra is wind element right? so he can develope a jutsu like this:Naruto creates a wind storm,not a normal storm,but its a combination of thousands of wind shurikens,'cause this is a storm of wind shurikens theres hardly anyway to dodge if you dont have a absolute defense technique,and you can imagine the damage that thounsands of wind shurikens will cause(this is a STORM,so Naruto can wipe out a team of 100 shinobis with it),and since theyre made by wind Naruto can control the size so if he make them to the molecular size the effect would be like that of Rasenshuriken.Just imagine you can throw hundreds of Rashenshuriken at a time,and your opponents just cannot dodge,this would be a really deadly technique.Sure this technique is chakra consuming

how about fire element + Lightening = lazer style, like, Ninja Art: Lazer Style: Shooting Mirrors!! Or something like that.

how about one where like kimimaro kicks the opponents in the air and he does a bracken underneath and a bracken from a both like a venus fly trap!

summoning jutsu: what appears to be a small orb, melts any thing it touches absorbing it and making it larger, can only be controlled by chiugan, all others will be consumed.

I have an idea:an opposite of Izanagi.This jutsu should be called Izanami.This time the user casts a genjutsu on the opponent,then turn that illusion into reality.This is a really powerful jutsu,since the user can cast any crazy illusion,such as an illusion in which the opponent sees himself melting,and then turn it into reality lol.Of course it only affects one opponent,the one under the original genjutsu.For example if the user cast an illusion on his opponent to make him see his comrade dies then use Izanami his comrade still wont die.The key to counter this tech is to break out of the original genjutsu before the opponent uses Izanami since actually this tech doesnt cast any illusion.The user must use another genjutsu to do that before he uses Izanami to turn that illusion into reality.

another idea:An absolute defense tech,in which Naruto can manipulate natural energy to form a shield around him.The principle is the same as frog kata,but this time Naruto uses sage chakra for defensive not offensive purpose.
