I'm from the US, but to me, the only great artists from the US were Elvis and MJ, and maybe a few others. Otherwise, everything else is mindless rap and hip-hop. But England has great artists.

when u think about percentages, the number of american artists that suck hard are far greater than the tollerable ones. UK artists are the bomb :p

I know from US come a lot of my favorite artists, but Roling Stones, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Sex Pistols, The Who and more. How can i choose US I know, I know there is Hendrix, Aerosmit, Nirvana.. But still UK is the best.

The UK has a lot of good musicians.
But they seem more classic
(classic, not classical. Germany and Russia has the best classical music!)

Duh, of course we have better music.
All of the bands I love have been formed in the U.S. and our music is much more awesome.

USA? Really? In terms of rock music it's good but the metal in the U.S. is terrible. Finland and Sweden easily take the metal scene.

I'm an 80's music fan and I read that most of the singers and bands that were popular during that time were British so I chose this one. :)

The USA had nice music during that time as well.

My absolute favourite band is actually from the US, but the majority of my other favourites are from the UK, so went with that.
