Personally, movie wise yes she's a good clary. But soooo... not how I pictured her, I mean clary is supposed to be mega short, covered in freckles, completely flat chested, and real innocent looking. I mean yeh, they could have got a plus clary look actress, but I guess this is as good as were gonna get. Also a bit of a clue that they won't be sticking as true to the livres as the Harry Potter films did (exclusing four, five and six).
i believe that she will make an awesome clary. she has already dyed her hair red for the part and was great in the action film abduction. at first i was expecting someone else but now when i see the other options i can only imagine her. shes a great actress and i really think she will win the fans over.(unlike the guy whos gonna play jace, jamie.)
I think they could have done sooooo much better with MOST of the cast. I have a feeling Lily is going to, pardon my French, SUCK at life in the movie. She completely ruined it when she played Snow White in "Mirror Mirror". She has very poor jouer la comédie skills. She is going to have bring her A-game to the screen otherwise she will completely ruin the AWESOME character that Clary is. However I did like her in "The Blind Side" when she played Collins. She didn't have a big part but still.... Anyhow her looks aren't right either. She is gorgeous, but not Clary. Clary is a short, freckled, ginger with big green eyes, and flat chested. Where Clary is all Raggedy Anne doll, Lily is gorgeous and lean and tall and she does have a chest. Clary described herself to have short freckled stubby legs. Lily? She has very long legs. I don't know how this is going to work out. Anybody agree?
I l’amour lilly Collins but she is not how i expected Clary obviously she did n amazing job and i think that she made Clary her own ... but i expected Clary to be a little plus innocent and lily doesn't really do that as much as i would have liked but shes great... i suppose its the producers fault but i wanted her hair to be much brighter as it was described in the livres ... but cest la vie
