Lagoona Blue
Lagoona Blue is the daughter of a sea monster and an ocean nymph.
Lagoona loves to surf and is so skilled at it that she can do so in her platform sandals.
Her skin tends to dry out if she spends too much time out of the water.
She is 15 years old and has blonde hair with blue streaks, thanks to the chlorine in the school pool.
Lagoona is a transfer student at Monster High from down under the sea and captain of the surf/swim team.
She tends to dress casually most of the time, but will dress up for special occasions.
Lagoona is dating Gil Webber, a freshwater member of the swim team, but because Lagoona is saltwater, Gil's parents disapprove of the relationship.
But in the episode "Fright On!" Gil comes back to monster high.
She has a pet rose piranha named Neptuna.
She is voiced par Laura Bailey.

I can reveal that a new monster is about to enter the monster high doors this August! Her name is Catty Noir and she is a chant kitty who has the most pop étoile, star worthy voice in monster high (sorry Operetta!) She has black fourrure and all the single monster boys want to go out with her! When we asked her what it's like being a chant sensation she a dit "I l’amour entertaining people and making them have that Saturday night feeling!" And when we asked her what is in the future for her she revealed "I am considering doing a duet with Holt Hyde and Operetta witch should be fun!"
