Michael Jackson's estate is lashing out at the people behind a new MJ documentary set to debut in Japon tomorrow -- claiming fans are being duped into believing the flick was authorized par Team MJ.



The estate has released a scathing statement claiming that flamant, flamant rose Features is promoting the movie in a way that is misleading MJ's fans into believing the film -- shot par former MJ confidante Marc Schaffel -- was properly authorized.

The estate also makes it clear it doesn't endorse the flick and none of the profits will benefit MJ's children. They also note that the movie is not allowed to contain any of Michael's music.

Schaffel doesn't appear to be bothered -- the above photo was taken moments il y a at the movie premiere in Tokyo ... where Schaffel took the stage and told fans Katherine Jackson sent along her best wishes.

Tuesday, we shot video of Schaffel and Debbie Rowe boarding a plane to Tokyo.
Michael Jackson apparently learned a lesson in finances -- his kids should not fall victim to consumer temptations that caused Michael himself to teeter on the brink of bankruptcy -- this, according to the details of the strings he attached to his children's inheritance.


News of the World got a copy of the Michael Jackson trust. TMZ broke the story ... under the trust the kids would get 40% of Michael's estate, Kartherine Jackson would get the use of 40% during her lifetime (when she dies the remainder of her share goes to the kids) and the final 20% goes to charity.

TMZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray will visit Michael Jackson on ou around the first anniversary of the singer's death.



Sources connected with the doctor tell us Murray is torn up par Jackson's death and the anniversary is an important milestone.

And we've learned Dr. Murray has visited the Forest Lawn mausoleum where Jackson is entombed a number of times. "He goes there a lot," we're told. Murray avoids attention par going either early in the morning ou during off-hours.
