“Well, then,” A voice out of nowhere said. “I’ll run him out again.” They turned around and it was the mayor of Riverside Hills, Mayor Sneddon, in his usual gray suit and eyeglasses.
“Ekk! He gets plus and plus ugly, fat and bald every time I see him.” Casey whispers to Mason and Kyle. They took a step behind every time Mayor Sneddon walked towards them.
“Did I tell toi brats to stay away from here?” He a dit in his scratchy, nasal voice.
“Didn’t your mama tell toi not to call kids brats?” Kyle a dit as Mayor Sneddon‘s nostrils flared. He threatened them,
“Don’t let things get ugly.”
“Why, your mama’s coming?” Casey muttered under her breath as Kyle and Mason snickered. “Like I said, don’t make this worse when what it is.”
The final hand reached on the clock as it was midnight. “What the…?!” Mayor Sneddon stuttered.
The doors mysteriously open and it was someone in a dark cape and hoodies and walks towards them and took off the capuche, hotte and it was,
“The Maestro!”
The Maestro gave the mayor a cunning smile. “Did I scare you?” The gang nods their heads, but Mayor Sneddon just stood there.
“You didn’t scare me! Maybe toi scared those brats, but toi didn't scare me.”
“Well, that’s too bad, isn't it. Looks like I have to try harder suivant time.” He places the cape on the luxurious couch.
“There’ll never be a suivant time. ou never”
The Maestro turns his siège around and watched the feu glow as he asked,
“Really? And why is that?”
“Didn’t I run toi out years ago? Besides, the people here want nothing to do with freaks like you.”
“Really?” The Maestro asked.
“Really.”
The Maestro turns his siège around and stares directly at the mayor, raising his eyebrow as Mayor Sneddon continued to rant.
“You’re weird, strange and I don’t like you.”
Kyle mutters under his breath, “Nobody likes you.” Mason and Casey agreed with him on that statement.
“You live in this house all alone, like the freak toi are. Why don’t toi be a good little freak and go back to the circus where toi belong? And do yourself a favor, okay? Don’t make me hurt you, because I will if I have to.” The gang looked at the Maestro with worry, but didn’t offer an objection.
The Maestro took a deep breath and started to laugh. “You are trying to scare me. Then I have no choice; guess I have to scare you… out of this town. And besides, I‘m not alone.”
The Mayor laughed. “You? Scare me?” The Maestro courageous said,
“Yes. If I scare you, leave town…for good.”
Kyle a dit under his breath, “That’ll make my jour and Halloween.” Casey and Mason nodded their heads.
He folds his arms. “You can’t scare me.”
The Maestro raises his eyebrows. “Oh no? And par the way, did I tell toi I wasn’t alone?” He lets out a sinister grin. He magically opens the doors from his left and right. “Meet the family.”

Why, why, does he do me that way

like your charm, your face,
just everything.
But the thing I think of the most
is that smile of yours.
Everytime I see it,
my cœur, coeur skips a beat
and my thoughts get Lost in it.
Your smile gives me butterflys in my stomach.
Your smile makes anges sing, a song that fills the streets.
Without that smile,
there is no joy in this world.
No one can replace it.
There is no mistake that when toi smile,
that wonderful, beautiful smile,
the world turns into a better place.
