Maria von Köhler's Michael Jackson sculpture at the Premises Studios
Maria von Köhler's Michael Jackson sculpture at the Premises Studios
Hackney musique studio The Premises has been on the receiving end of ‘hate mail’ after they installed a Michael Jackson sculpture.

The controversial artwork – called Madonna and Child – depicts the moment in Berlin in 2002 when the King of Pop held his baby out of a window. True to the original incident, the life-size statue leans out of the building.

Now the Premises Studios has become the target of abusive emails from Jackson fans, who say the sculpture is an insult to their hero.

One described it as: “The most outrageous sick thing that could have ever gone on in the city of London.”

Viv Broughton, Chief Executive of the Premises Studios, insisted that the artwork would not be taken down: “The sculpture recreates a moment of high drama in musique history. The fans turned him into a deity and he in turn offered them his son. Lots of people have come here to view it. Most people think it’s brilliant.”

Madonna and Child par Swedish artist Maria von Köhler is now showing, twenty feet up on the side of the Premises Studios.
Although 'Hold My Hand,' Akon's duet with Michael Jackson was just released as the first official single of the upcoming album, "Michael," the singer says that he will never release any unfinished material the two worked on.

Akon says 'Hold My Hand' was completely finished before the King of Pop passed away and that is the only reason it is included on the new album. Speaking to MTV News he said, "I'm definitely excited about our single, because that was finished, complete, and I'm happy with the outcome. And I know [Michael] was [happy] 'cause we were there finishing the song together, so I'm...

I'm not going to say I dont cry ....
I feel like a étoile, star has been pulled out of the sky,
Its left me cold, as recently the sky has become dimmer.
I felt your pain, but mine could never live up to the pain he has been through.
I will never again see Michael's smile light up my sky.
It will always be dark even when it's light.
Never again to hear him sing Dirty Diana ou see him dance, it was so magical.
To me the way he danced was different,
I didn't see the moves, only the passion I saw in his eyes.
Michael's l’amour for the children of the world will never die.
Our, my brother of the sun, has been take away
but his music, l’amour and kindness will alaways stay,
In my cœur, coeur forever,
Never again to die away.
Michael will still dance for me in my heart, all of our hearts and among the clouds.
The heavens will always hear forever and plus Michael chant out loud proud.

Looks like the world has missed one helluva concert. Whatever cynicism one might harbor about this Hail Mary piece of cinema -- which can be called the first concert rehearsal movie ever -- it's a strange yet strangely beguiling film that captures one of pop culture's great entertainers in the feverish grips of pure creativity. The screen is filled with performers, musicians, choreographers, crew members and craftsmen, but the movie's laserlike focus is on Michael Jackson. toi understand what it takes to attain such dizzying heights in entertainment, and perhaps why he chose to stay away for...

The Bad Era years, 1986-1989, would confirmer Michael Jackson’s super-stardom and popularity and prove him to be the entertainer of the 1980’s.

Three weeks later on the eve of her birthday, houx is in her bedroom packing up the remaining items that aren’t too visible. As she packs a stuffed dog into one of her duffle bags she hears the muffled shouts of her parents arguing downstairs. Every time she hears it she still gets a sickening feeling in the pit of her stomach just like she did when she was five years old. Because every time she heard the beginnings of an argument it was bound to turn violent. “One plus night,” she mutters to herself as she grabs her clothes from the drawer and packs it in another suitcase. Suddenly...
