Wrong. CTE stands for C= Children of T=The E= Earth. he wore the armbands to remind his fans of the suffering children and abuse they go through. He wore them during his trials to subliminally symbolize his innocence. So he wore them for different reasons. I wear armbands as a tribute to him.
