i really dont know what 2000 watts is about. can toi help me? i promise i'll help toi :)

its because its a fan made song with Michaels voice. he never wrote ou recorded it

I think that songs about a girl he likes and his just telling her not to be afaid to l’amour him too, toi know? If that helps it was also called "Guess who's making whoopie (with your girlfriend)" but changed it to preserve Michael's innocence :D
