i heard he did cause he had cut his hair short before the making of the video. is that true?

The scream was a video shooting one mois after the VIBE photo shoot that toi see here in the picture above, he is not wearing a wig in the Scream video!

but he actually cut his hair short in HIStory era. i heard he a dit that he didnt like it because he didnt like his face and he wanted to hide with hair.
