Why did Lisa Marie refuse to have a baby with Michael?

Well, I don't know why. Honestly, I wish they had children together... and sometimes I think how poor Michael should have felt, waiting and hoping for his true love, Lisa, to finally give him children. And she never did.

But, come on, I kinda understand her. His career was at its peak, he spent so much time traveling, without warning her, promoting his albuns, going on tour... I think she wanted to wait for plus calm years, plus stability.
