Is it TRUE that Michael had to stop history and dangerous tour bcuz he was sick and collasped.

Its a video on YouTube that shows him on a bridge chant earth song and then all of a sudden the bridge falls. They a dit that fall hurt him really bad....and he finish the montrer but after that he collasped and they a dit he wasn't in shape to finish the tour. So he cancelled it. Is that true.
