It's not in mint condition firstly. toi can see around the edges of the sleeve that there is a lot of wear on it and possibly a slight tear on the bottom right. In completed listings on eBay recently two (one visibly in mint to near mint condition) sold for $19.50 and another (no image but stated in "very good" condition) sold for $24.95.
