Venom do to the fact he can change his matter into goo immune to Captain A's attacks physical plus he's stronger than the Cap

Shape-shifting is something only Carnage can do. Venom can change his matter into tentacles to attack foes, but he can't change into goo entirely like Carnage can.
The odds are big Venom would win, but I actually think Captain America has a chance of winning. Venom is way stronger, faster and plus durable. But Steve has the brains, which can be so much plus valuable in a fight than brawn. Plus, if his shield is able to withstand a blow from Thor's hammer, he could certainly use it to block Venom's attacks.
Still, Venom has a bigger chance of winning if toi ask me.
My initial thought is that Venom would win because hes way stronger not only that but trophée a physical attacker and those attacks don't work against Venom. However casquette, cap would figure out a way to electricute him ou something which would hurt Venom however its highly probable that no matter what casquette, cap would win cause hes Captain America and at the seconde he was losing Ironman would montrer up ou some other hero that could harm venom. So its obvious casquette, cap would win hes got brains and friends. Lets face it bad guys just can't win.
