What did toi think when toi FIRST saw the Mad Hatter??? Be honest!

I thought he looked bizarre...in a good way ;)

I first saw him when the first picture of him was 'leaked', and I honestly didn't think it any different. However, when the POSTER was released, I nearly passed out (But now, I stare at that same picture for HOURS, he's so adorable)

Honestly? The first thing I did was scream.

I was taking a walk with my mom and brother during last year's vacation. We passed a movie store, and my mom a dit "Look at this. Here's a movie you'd like to see." I looked up and came face-to-face with the Mad Hatter. Face-to-face in this case means less than a foot away from his big, wild eyes. I screamed. Yes, several people did look over.

Later, I found the trailer and realized exactly how awesome he was. And just how cute and funny. :D

I thought he was funny, weird, and cute. Honestly.

when i first saw him i was thinking "oh god i need to see this movie and OMG is that jhonny depp!!! he looks... mad!

When I first saw him I'm not going to lie I thought he was a bit creepy but know he so cute and hot(FYI: this is the picture i saw)

Honestly, i thought he was hot. Because it was one of my favori actors that played him. Johnny Depp.

Well... when the first picture was released I thought he looked like a transvestite. No kidding... then, when the poster and the trailer came out, I saw how well his appearance suited a Tim burton AiW and Johnny, who likes to wear weird costumes. Then I saw the movie and I thought 'Oh crap, he's the craziest and hottest thing I've ever seen'. Yeah... I sometimes change a lot my opinions...

I first saw a picture in a magazine and I thought OMG!

but when I watched the movie..... it was awesome:D

I thout he looked gay...he still looks gay to me...

When I first saw him I was like WHOA he looks crazy (in a good way)! But I was really happy to know a movie was coming out for Alice in Wonderland. I was excited the moment I saw the characters pictures for the movie! :D

i was sitting there with my brother hogging the pop corn, maïs soufflé a bit bored but when johnny came on my 1st reaction was: I am gonna like this guy.

When I first saw the first picture of the Mad Hatter I thought WOW, it's awesome and bizarre (bizarra in a positive way). I liked it. ^^

i thought he look kinda weird... but then i looked again and thought AWESOME I l’amour THIS GUY... he's also kinda hawt haha!!! :D

Well, when I saw the movie, and when there was the scene in which he appears for the first time - I thought he isn't going to be such an important character but later i totally changed my mind! :D

When I first saw him in the tv spots I thought "Eh. He's better than the 1950's one atleast." But when I saw the movie I thoughT. "Hell yes this is the best version yet. I l’amour this guy!"

My first thought: Creepy! he's dark and dingy. What kind of PG movie is this? But then he looked up and smiled. toi can't help but smile back at him! And then he uttered his first words: "Its Alice! toi are absolutely Alice! I would know toi anywhere. I would know him anywhere! I would know toi anywhere." And I fell in l’amour with his prsonality!
