I thought i Lost it..but now it's alla back again...and i don't know what to do!

Well from August till November in 2010 I've been talking with that guy on Facebook.He was certainly not a stranger,i knew him,he was my best friend's friend.But I only a dit a simple 'hi' to him until we first chated.
We talked every single night.at first i hated it,but then i fell in l’amour with his personality.And it wasn't fake i can tell this for sure!He was flirting and i was flirting...but in a really polite and sweet way.But suddenly one jour he told me that he stared dating another girl.We talked for some days after that,but then we stoped.

Now they broke up and i want him back,i miss him,i miss us,i miss what we used to be...What should i do? I'm even afraid to tell this to my bffs,they won't understand.I never stoped wanting him,i just burried my feelings for a while,cause it was TOO painful.
