Or Sayid. Sawyer because he's simply a tough guy. He took a lot of crap (including jumping out of a hilicopter and getting tortured by Sayid) and kept pushing forward, strong as ever.

Ahaha as if this is any contest xD

Sayid is a trained soldier. He is resourceful, skilled, and experienced. We've seen him excel in hand-to-hand combat (as well as pretty much any other form of fighting) on a regular basis, whereas the other three rarely ever have a true, hardcore fight scene.
