He plays hm really well, although I hate Voldemort!

I honestly think that even Frodo could do it better. Voldemort is cold, fluid, great, a wizard without pears, and Fiennes turns him into an old geezer with kidney problems...

I love Ralph Fiennes, and although I despise the character, he makes the perfect Lord Voldemort IMO.

I like him in the role. He should get more screen time. Fiennes has the perfect eyes, the psycho eyes. And the way of speaking. Not the words as they're of the script and so not creditable to him, but the sound of his voice/way of speaking. I think he brings the right depth to the character's being, while it's essence - the passionate psycho - is clearly there.

As I watch him on the screen, I wonder what he's thinking yet don't really want to know. As in, he's got the luring presence but still you'd rather keep your distance. Or something.

He may not be perfect all in all, for the role but certainly one of the best, I'd say...

But his eyes are blue, they're supposed to be red. That really bus me, and also, Daniel Radcliffe's eyes are blue, but in the books, Harry's eyes are green, like Lily's.

I liked Fiennes before the HP movies and at first I want not sure about him as the casting choice. However, Fiennes is doing a wonderful job and I forget it's even him on screen.
But I agree with Bellatrix-Black, the eyes should be red. They have contacts to do that. Heck I own contacts to do that.

hell yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but lucius(the guy who played him) would have done it just as well. They both have that evil look. Actually lucius has it naturally; they had to make ralph look more evil. but im still glad they picked him.

seriously, Ralph Fiennes is one of the best actors ever. he should win more awards. and i'm not just saying that because i'm a huge fan. and i'm a huge fan because he really is a brilliant actor.
