Gillian sighed as she opened the front door to The Lightman Group. Just another day. It was her birthday, but nothing usually ever happened. When she was with Alec he would take her out for dinner. But even that wasn’t a happy affair. Usually it would end in him coming up with some excuse as to why he had to leave early, ou they would start fighting about something.
