Elbelle23 picked The Joker :
1 - Stiles Stilinski (TEEN WOLF)
Stiles is constantly described as overly anxious and curious, particularly towards criminology and mysteries. He is extremely hyperactive, outspoken and immensely intelligent, has a quick mind for puzzles and research, but is prone to distraction and flailing due in part to his ADHD. Stiles also has an extreme penchant for sarcastic quips. Despite his scatterbrained shenanigans, he is well-meaning and very protective of those he cares for, particularly his best friend Scott and his father, the sheriff.

2- Draco Malfoy (HARRY POTTER)
Draco was, in general, an arrogant, spiteful bully. His narcissistic nature most likely stemmed from his being spoiled by his parents throughout his childhood. However, something began to change in Draco's psyche in his sixth year at Hogwarts. Draco was quite intelligent and quick-witted, capable of deducing things and coming up with clever plans based on a small amount of information. Later Draco regretted joining the Death Eaters and lost some of his bigotry, as he has a civil, if not friendly, relationship with old school rivals and evidently raised his son Scorpius to be a better person than he was.

3 - Damon Salvatore (THE VAMPIRE DAIRES)
Damon is one of the most complex characters on the show. He constantly duels with his vampire nature and his past wounds along with his desire to do good and to be better and to consider the effect his actions have had on others.

4 - Ron Weasley (HARRY POTTER)
Ron was a very funny person, but often emotionally immature, and insensitive. He had a sardonic, wisecracking sense of humour that often brought his friends laughter and relaxation. Ron's character was also marked by moodiness and insecurity. He could be argumentative, a trait particularly displayed in his bickering with Hermione. He also had a fierce temper, which was especially prone to provocation if his loved ones were insulted.

4 - Barry Allen (FLASH)
Barry is very intelligent, he is socially awkward, as he sometimes gets nervous and babbles. Once Barry makes up his mind about something, makes a decision, or sets his mind to something, it is impossible for anyone to talk him out of it. Barry is very stubborn and isn't likely to learn from his flaws until experiencing them firsthand.

6 - Harry Potter (HARRY POTTER)
Harry was an extremely brave, loyal, and selfless person who possessed tremendous strength of character. He would go to great lengths and take great risks in order to help others, particularly his loved ones. However, Harry was also accused of being arrogant, in particular by Severus Snape , and could be hot-tempered and impulsive. Harry was prone to moodiness and unkind remarks towards even his friends during his adolescence, though this is likely the result of the great emotional stress and trials he endured during this period.

7 - James Cook (SKINS)
Cook is charismatic, funny and can handle a lot of alcohol and heaven knows what else. He's outgoing, extremely slovenly and usually in a good mood. He loves to have a good time and is always the life and soul of any party. However, all his partying can sometimes get out of hand because he does not always know when to stop, and he has an extremely unpredictable temper that frequently leads him into trouble.

8 - Nathan Scott (ONE TREE HILL)
Nathan started off as the bad boy of the show and a bit of a jerk but when he met Haley and fell in love with her we saw his sweet and caring side. Nathan become a better man and a lot more responsible. He became a better brother to Lucas and better friends with Peyton & Brooke and a great husband to Haley and later a great dad to both Jamie and Lydia. Often we see him as the heroic figure of the show who would do anything for his loved ones.

9 - Chuck Bass (GOSSIP GIRL)
Chuck is very sleazy, self centered, and has a horny sense of humor. However, he is also shown to be very loyal to the select few he deems worthy. Throughout the first season he displayed a variety of near-sociopathic tendancies including attempted rape but in later seasons has matured into a respectable young adult. His narcissism is apparent, often quoting "I'm Chuck Bass" after someone asks him a question on why he is deserving of such things

10 - William Magnusson (SKAM)
William started as the typical popular guy in school which made every girl's heart melt. He seems very manipulative and selfish but he soon captures the heart of Noora and we see his sensitive side. When he loves someone, he loves with all his heart and would do anything for them. He's very loyal to the people he loves.

11 - Mon-El (SUPERGIRL)
Mon-El is light-hearted, cheerful, carefree, laid-back and fun-loving. He hates being locked indoors and loves to party. Mon-El also possesses good morals, as he shows guilt and remorse for his actions.

12- The Joker
Thee Joker have taken two forms. The original and currently dominant image is of a sadistic, fiendishly intelligent lunatic with a warped sense of humor, deriving pleasure from inflicting twisted, morbid death and terror upon innocent people. The Joker often expressed this pleasure by breaking out into hysterical laughter. In this interpretation, he is a textbook example of antisocial personality disorder.

13- Jon Snow (GAME OF THRONES)
Jon has adopted a clear moral compass and a true sense of honor, which he tries his hardest to abide by even when he must make a difficult decision, especially after he became Lord Commander of the Night's Watch. Like many bastard children, Jon had to learn to grow up quickly. This made Jon mature and perceptive beyond his age.

14- Edward Nygma (GOTHAM)
Edward is intelligent, calculating, kind, and caring. His meticulous and observant nature makes him an excellent forensic scientist, often detecting clues and connections his superiors miss. However, he is also narcissistic, being infatuated by his intelligence and enjoys telling riddles to prove this, much to the annoyance of most of his co-workers. He can also be awkward, unintentionally insulting, and selfish.

15 - John Murphy (THE 100)
Murphy seems uptight but is a strong person who gets into fights quickly. He tends to try and use force rather than thinking something all the way through. During Season 2 and Season 3, we see Murphy's hidden side, being more sympathetic with his friends.
