Alex Karev
He comes off as very mean and often pushes people away because he’s had a rough upbringing. Alex has a rebellious streak that comes across in his personal relationships and in his medical work. He's gruff and impatient with his patients, particularly with those or their families who he thinks are making stupid decisions. Alex has little patience for people who he thinks don't appreciate what they have. He also has trouble maintaining normal relationships because of his volatile personality and the general sense of instability he's always had in his life. He's a known womanizer, known for sleeping with nurses and interns, but has allowed himself to take on long-term relationships albeit generally dysfunctional ones. Alex is smug and arrogant, but has also shown himself to have a kind heart. He can do something incredibly sweet and considerate while being a complete jerk about it. But once you get to know him you find out he’s a total sweetheart and would do anything for the people he cares about.

Cristina Yang
She confident, strong, and always willing to speak her mind. Cristina is driven, hyper-intelligent, and ambitious. She knows that she’s got the ability to become the best doctor at Seattle Grace, and she’s not afraid to show off her talents. Cristina values logic and practical thinking above emotional reasoning, but has undergone several emotional situations since becoming an intern. Cristina is unable to handle the emotional loss from the thought of losing her loved ones. While she initially grappled with the concept of expressing her feelings, Cristina has gradually become more comfortable with sharing her inner thoughts. Nevertheless, she is still considered the least emotional of all the interns.

Emily Fields
Shy, caring, and emotional. Emily is definitely the most wary of the group. She always says her piece when asked, but is more timid otherwise, perhaps because she’s been harboring such a large secret for so long. Maybe because she’s been hurt herself, Emily is always kind and thoughtful to people. She’s empathetic and careful of others’ feelings and ideas. In a word, Emily is definitely very cautious.

Erin Lindsay
She's a police detective and when it comes down to it Lindsay really kicks ass.
She is badass but is extreamly loyal. Lindsay grew up on the street and by the age of 14, she had already been arrested 5 times on charges including misdemeanor, simple battery, retail theft, solicitation, and unlawful possession of cannabis. She became a CI for Voight, who, along with his wife, eventually took her in as her legal guardians.
Because of her background, Lindsay is compassionate and sympathetic towards vulnerable young victims, especially girls, as she can relate with their situation.

Haley James Scott
Haley is very intelligent and funny. She is kind and always likes to help people when they need it. She sees the good in people, as she did with Nathan. She believes there is good in everyone, even Dan whom she allows Jamie to start a relationship with. Nathan started to change when he dated Haley. At first, he wanted to date her only to mess with Lucas. But while they were dating, he fell in love with her. Haley is very protective and it's shown in the aftermath of Jamie's abduction. She likes honesty and hates adultery even though she committed the offense.

Kat Edison
Kat is very outspoken and unapologetic, but this can sometimes mean she comes off as insensitive. Kat is the Social Media Director for Scarlet magazine. She is working hard to keep their content edgy and political. Kat knows exactly what she wants from her job and her friends, but her sexual life is thrown into chaos when she meets Adena (Nikohl Boosheri), the magnetic Muslim lesbian artist who can make her stomach flip with the slightest twinge of her lips.

Lane Kim
Her total rebellion from her religious and traditional mother. Her involvement and love for music and later joining a band. Lane is not always aware of those around her as she may be known to daydream. Ultimately, however, she is an extremely pleasant and "fun" person to be around once you burst her bubble. She's definitely impulsive, and has several rebellious moments.
But she seems to constantly be grappling with tradition. She's often concerned with what her mother will think--She's worried about pleasing her family based on traditions and tries to be respectful of them.
Plus, she's constantly scheming; coming up with detailed, creative ways to hide her various boyfriends from her mother. I think she extrapolates from the moment and examines all possible consequences that could be derived from her actions while worrying all together about the consequences.

Nick Miller
Realistic and wise-cracking, Nick Miller appears the most "normal" out of the four roommates. He enjoys his sense of privacy and independence despite his inability to effectively function on his own (i.e. cleaning after himself and cooking.) His personality is best described by his passion for jerry-rigging anything in the apartment in order to save money and his tendency to stick himself within his roommates' drama while trying to avoid it at all costs. Despite his steady job at Clyde's Bar, he is always strapped for cash due to his inability to manage cash. He does not own a bank account. (Although, the fact that the roommates can drink at Clyde's Bar for free might account for that.) He is very loyal; he would drop everything if a friend was in need, like Jess in Cooler. Nick has also been known to get help from friends in dire enough situations (whether he wants it or not (Injured)).He is very protective of Jess but tries to hide it as his feelings for her are really quite obvious, He has a huge problem with lying as when he does he sweats overly and becomes very obvious, which is why his roommates try to avoid telling him secrets.

Paige Matthews
She is stubborn, strong-willed, and has issues with her (biological) father. One of Paige's main personality traits and something that she struggled with after becoming Charmed was her independence. For over 20 years, Paige went through life as an only child and attempted to retain her independence after finding her sisters, though she still loved them and considered them a blessing to her even if she sometimes had little disagreements with Piper because of how different they are much like Prue and Phoebe had. During her teens, Paige was a rebel like her older sister Phoebe. However, she matured heavily when both her adoptive parents died in a car accident.
Paige has an inherent need and ability to help others, which led her to wanting to become a social worker.
Paige is not one for tradition or mainstream things. She prides herself on what she calls her "weirdness", and usually desires for her love interests to be "weird" as well. Paige also takes pride in being a witch, and wants to be with men who fully accept her heritage.

Peyton Sawyer
Peyton was initially introduced as the troubled, beautiful cheerleader, music and art-loving girlfriend of Nathan whom everyone wants to date. She breaks up with Nathan after realizing she deserved someone who truly understood, respected and loved her.
Peyton was fiercely independent with a guarded heart and a tough life. Peyton's hardships have shaped her into a caring, unique, mysterious, rebellious and emotionally unstable character. She defies the cheerleader stereotype with her intelligence, her refusal to hide who she really was and her living life the way she wants to. Her personal struggles have shaped her and haunt her but her happy ending was hope that even the most torn of us could have our fairytale life and all our dreams come true. She was one of the most motivational, strong and unabashedly real. Peyton is funny, smart and sarcastic. She is also very nice. She sees the good in people and wants to help them.

Robin Scherbatsky
Robin is tomboyish, hardcore and sarcastic. She is often emotionally closed off, Barney has described her as being one of the most "secretive people he knew" and remains a closed book to her friends. No-nonsense with a tough exterior. But deep down, she’s a huge softie and can be easily hurt by even small things that her friends say. Though most people perceive her to be a cold person, she actually cares deeply for all of her friends. She just has trouble showing it.
Despite her tough exterior Robin is actually quite insecure, especially on terms with the relationship on her father, though she says otherwise she actually does need approval and acceptance as they're relationship was built on more coldness, respect and fear rather than love or a mutual bond. Robin is more skeptical and cynical, especially in terms of destiny, miracles and meeting "The One". However she has grown more open-minded as the series progressed and says to Ted that she grew "skeptical of being skeptical".

Sana Bakkoush
Sana is very protective of her friends, as seen in season 1 when the Pepsi Max gang called Vilde a "slut", and now In season 4 Sana still has a grudge against them for it. Sana is Very confident in her own skin, and is quite sassy and maybe a little mean at some point, but she is also very kind, caring and reasonable


Tyrion Lannister
Tyrion recognized from an early age that his mind was his greatest weapon, due to being born a member of House Lannister with the expectation of upholding his family's noble name, yet lacking the physical attributes possessed by his older siblings. Thus, he has committed himself to possessing a sharp intellect in order to help make up for his dwarfism, and he is frequently able to use his superior intellect to get the better of those who initially look down upon him or weasel his way out of tight situations, though he is not above resorting to using his family name and enormous fortune to bolster his position. Despite his harsh treatment at the hands of others over the years, Tyrion has managed to develop a thick skin and is able to brush off others' japes about his short stature (except when coming from his father)
