Elbelle23 picked Hugo 'Hurley' Reyes:
Belle French [I relate more to the Disney versions than OUAT]
Belle has gained a significant amount of intelligence over the years due to her love of books, which have provided her with an elevated vocabulary, an active imagination, and an open mind. She is very confident and outspoken in her opinions and seldom likes being told what to do. Despite all this, she does not have very many friends. Her smarts and free-thinking attitude make her stand out from her fellow townspeople, who regard her as a little odd behind her beauty. Unlike most characters in the film, Belle is not concerned about her or others' appearances and is able to look past how people appear and see into their hearts. This is how Belle manages to break the Beast's curse and restore love and laughter to the castle. She is quite resolute when it comes to stating and upholding her opinions and maintaining her ideas. Even though Belle says that she dreams of adventure, she also states that she wishes for a friend who accepts her for who she is Belle is quite witty and is able to use this trait to her advantage and outsmart people

Brooke Davis
Brooke is a multi-layered character. She can be very defensive and maybe a little bitchy when she wants to be, and she'd do anything to protect her loved ones. During the course of the show she grows immensely as a person and becomes more sweet and sensitive. She is romantic and creative, and is a very clever businesswoman as well as a loving friend to anyone who needs her.

Callie Torres
confident, outgoing, competitive… and sometimes insecure. Callie is a risk-taker. In her mind it’s better to take a chance than regret not doing anything at all. As she explains, “Life's too short to be scared.” That’s equally true in her professional life—where she often pioneers revolutionary methods in orthopedic surgery—and her personal one. Callie wears her heart on her sleeve and while her circle of friends may not be large, she considers those inside of it to be her family.

Caroline Forbes
Caroline is one of the popular girls at school, the captain of the cheerleading squad, and was organizing the parties and always displaying a high degree of leadership among her friends. Beautiful and chic, she was also very strong and determined, much like her mother She is extremely loyal and protective of her friends. She has a sensitive and loving nature. Despite having a confident exterior and high social prestige, underneath it all Caroline was very insecure, neurotic, and upset that she could never say the right thing to make guys fall for her. This tended to make her an overachiever at times, creating flaws and complexities in her character, leading to various matters that factor into her development as she overcomes them and becames confident in herself.

Daenerys Targaryen
strong, persistent, inquisitive, and quietly and intensely determined. She suffered for years after the death of her parents and an extended period of time being treated cruelly by her brother. Others would have been broken, but she only grew stronger. But is she strong enough to someday claim the iron Throne for herself? Daenerys is polite and well-spoken, but filled with quiet determination. She used to be cowed by her brother's ambitions and his occasional cruel rages, but her time amongst the Dothraki has taught her pride, confidence, and skills of command. She is still somewhat naive of the world due to being young and living her life as an exile (with only her petulant brother to rely on for knowledge), but she is intelligent and quick to understand now that she is free to pursue her own path. She is deeply sympathetic to those she perceives as oppressed, while at the same time, her pent-up frustration from years of being mentally and physically dominated by her petty would-be-king of a brother make Daenerys capable of being utterly ruthless against those she perceives as oppressing others

Derek Hale
In his teens, Derek was typically carefree, fun-loving, and extroverted among his high school peers. He was a hopeless romantic, falling in love with fellow student Paige Krasikeva. He was devastated, broken, and wracked with guilt when he was forced to mercy kill her to spare her an even more painful death from rejecting the bite given to her by Ennis. While still in a vulnerable state from this tragedy, he was seduced by Kate Argent in her quest to murder his family. He believes this to be his fault even though in both cases he was a victim of others' manipulations

Elena Gilbert
She's compassionate, caring, empathetic, kind, intelligent, beautiful, friendly but she can also be pushy, judgmental, selfish, at times prying into other peoples' business, Elena is also athletic and a cheerleader. Her favorite hobby is writing in her journal and says that she's always wanted to be a writer. Elena's actual dark side is her "deep, deep connection to other people". Elena's always surrounded by drama. She's always helping around in her community events and Caroline calls her the mothering type. Elena believes in family, honor, loyalty and community. She is shown to be consistently polite, calm and composed, though prone to great anxiety and panic. She is extremely introverted. She is brave and self-sacrificing, She has a strong back bone and never displays a sense of inferiority. However, Elena can also be a hypocrite, and gradually becomes more and more self-absorbed as the seasons continue, but undergoes several huge changes due to trauma, stress, loss and finally healing. She is flawed; not always able to treat her friends with proper respect, and acting in a smothering, if not controlling, manner toward her brother, Jeremy. Elena exalts personal choice and is known for her forgiving nature.

Hugo 'Hurley' Reyes
Hurley often serves as a comic relief. He has the habit of calling almost everybody “dude” and making involuntary silly comments & movie references. Without being stupid, Hurley is rather naive.
Hurley thinks very lowly of himself (which is perhaps the origin of his nickname) and is very shy with girls. He is concerned with his weight as well as his sanity (because of his ability to see dead people). He also believes in curses, and, for a long time, believed that he was cursed with bad luck. Hugo is perhaps the friendliest of all the survivors. He has the ability to bring happiness and comfort to those around him, always trying to make them feel better. When not following the others and making decisions on his own, Hurley often chooses to act passively. Hurley started to like himself more as the series progressed. He even got used to his mediumship, talking to the dead as he would talk to the living.

James 'Bucky' Barnes
Bucky is a loyal and brave man, an honest person and a good soldier. He firmly believes in the duty of protecting his country, and is eager to test his own value. Bucky shares a very close friendship with Steve Rogers, who he has always protected from bullies. He was normally extremely calm and reserved in life-threatening situations, but he is capable of violent rages, shown especially when he became confused why Steve kept calling him by his real name, which he didn't know at the time and for the first time he lost control of his emotions.

Maya Hart
Outwardly, Maya conveys a "bad girl" persona-- overconfident, tough, quick-witted and sarcastic; she has been described as a female version of Shawn, and her loyalty to Riley (and vice versa) gave her a bit of a popularity boost. But Maya has admitted that she is not always proud of the person she is. Much of her brashness could be borne of the fact that her father abandoned her when she was five. Moreover, as her best friend, Riley is not only aware that Maya's outward toughness is often a façade, but she also knows her vulnerabilities. In "Girl Meets Flaws," Maya revealed "broken" as her personal flaw, saying that it doesn't feel so bad when she "owns" it

Peggy Carter
Carter is tough and resilient, standing strong whenever she is mistreated, be it by man or woman. She has a sarcastic streak, and can also become close to a select few people, such as Steve Rogers, Howard Stark, Edwin Jarvis, and a few others. Though she believes in morality, she will lie, if the situation calls for it, including the period when she was hiding her involvement with Howard Stark from the SSR.
A loyal soldier, Carter will do whatever is needed to get the job done, very nearly having Howard Stark shot out of the sky, when he was endangering the city of New York. Such sacrifices wound her; she does not enjoy it. Being somewhat no-nonsense, Carter does not take kindly to messing about during a mission or when there is work to be done. She is also quite clever, always able to work her way out of a pinch at a moment's notice. Though her number of dear friends is slim, she is exceedingly appreciative to those she has.

Regina Mills
Regina was ruthless, cunning, and downright evil. She cared nothing for others, but (still) genuinely loves her adopted son Henry, and will do anything to keep him From the second season, she has been a complex character, eventually becoming neutral and we saw that she had a sense of standards. This was shown when she knew that her mother's plan was too extreme and she became a frenemy of the Charmings.
From the third season, she became nicer, being compassionate and hoping for true love, which she found in Robin Hood. However, after the season 3 finale, she became more bitter to a point where she wants to rewrite the storybook, about villains having happy endings, but she didn't lose her role as an anti-heroine. By the end of season five, she had fully redeemed herself and became a hero when she split from the Evil Queen even but, even though she split she still had the darkness in her heart due to her still being connected to the Evil Queen.

Steve Rogers
Steve has always had an extremely brave, noble and honest spirit, intolerant towards injustice and abuse of power. Since he was formerly weak and small, he has learned on his own what true strength is, and vowed to protect defenseless people at the risk of his own life. Even before his transformation, Steve is an overwhelmingly self-sacrificing young man, willing to literally throw himself in the path of a grenade to save his fellow man.

Veronica Mars
resourceful, sassy, independent, and strong. Despite these qualities, Veronica still struggles to overcome all the hurdles thrown her way – loss of status, being ignored by all her friends, her mother’s abandonment, Lily’s murder, and losing her boyfriend. Though Veronica rarely shows a vulnerable side, she is really hurt by all the foul rumors circling her.

ROUND 6: Emma Swan
ROUND 5: Alex Karev

ROUND 3: Hanna Marin
