Hi I was wondering is Darken Rahl, Kahlan's father, because I'm pretty sure it was mentioned by the listener.

No, he is not Kahlan's father and I can't say more due to the risk of spoiling either 1) the books or 2) the second season.

Kahlan and Rahl have no relation at all, unless you count the being fake "lovers" in the last episode of the 1st season relation.

In the book, Darken Rahl was Richard's father. You can find out who Kahlan's father was in Book 2, "Soul of Tears".
