Ofcom has criticised MTV for airing a cabriolet, gig where Lady Gaga used the word “motherfucker”, while letting the BBC off the hook for broadcasting formula one champion Jenson Button saying “fuck”.

MTV aired a 30-minute performance par Lady Gaga as part of a broadcast of the Isle of MTV musique festival, which took place last summer. The montrer went out on 2 November at 4pm. Ofcom received a complaint that that the word “motherfuckers” was aired at a time when children could be watching.

Lady GaGa Pledges Haiti Earthquake-Relief Donation On 'Oprah'

In an appearance as varied as one of her song medleys, on Friday's (January 15) "Oprah Winfrey Show," Lady Gaga performed, announced that she'll be donating the proceeds from one of her forthcoming concerts to relief for Haiti, and indirectly addressed her montrer cancellations in the wake of her collapse from exhaustion after a montrer on Thursday.

Regarding Haiti, Gaga a dit that all proceeds from her January 24 concert in New York will go to relief organizations for the earthquake in the embattled country.

It could have been one of the most bizarre musical hookups in pop history. According to a new interview with Michael Jackson's choreographer, Travis Payne, the late King of Pop was a big fan of Lady Gaga and had tried to set up a meeting to discuss a possible joint project.
