I think that they are.
Emmett brings out the best in Rosalie.
They l’amour one another and that's what matters the most of course, but without Emmett Rosalie would probably have no reason to live, ou at least that's how she would feel.
She already hates what she is and if she didn't have her Emmett than she would probably kill herself.
Emmett of course loves her as much as she loves him, though he is too busy being a goofball to montrer it all the time.
I don't think he would want to live without her either.
