Katy Perry\'s Halloween costume is a teenage dream of another sort: The pop star went to Kate Hudson\'s Halloween party dressed up as a Cheeto. Specifically, a Flaming Hot Cheeto, if her custom bag and red shoes are to be believed.

The singer posted a pic to Instagram of her whole ensemble, alongside the message, "IDFWU *drops mic."
