But Justin will have to wait a hot minute though, as the property is currently occupied par Ashton Kutcher, who has been renting the mansion for $50,000 a mois since his break up with Demi Moore last year.
Justin is also planning to buy a house for his mother, Pattie Mallette worth a reported $8 million.
