Other ticket sites are selling tickets at prices above above and beyond ticket prices. Why are scalpers getting away with this horrific practice?

According to Digital Spy, Justin made his appearance at an assembly for summer band camp. It is thought that the 16-year-old étoile, star was there to present a cheque for $5,000 on behalf of Best Buy and the Grammy Foundation, to help pay for the school's musique department.
