160129 “Produce 101” trainee Park So Yeon impresses with IU’s “Leon” stage

Trainee Park So Yeon of LOEN Entertainment has gained the attention of viewers and judges following her performance on the récent episode of Producer 101.

Aired on January 29th via Mnet, the seconde episode of Producer 101 featured a test stage donné to trainees to determine their current level.

Choosing to perform IU’s “Leon,” Park So Yeon was able to montrer off not only her vocal and dance abilities but her rapping skills as well. As a result, she received a placement grade of A.

Park So Yeon is also a former contestant of SBS K-pop Star, participating when she was 14 years old and making it to the haut, retour au début 8.

Produce 101 is a trainee montrer that features a total of 101 female trainees from 46 different agencies and airs every Friday at 11pm KST.

IU revealed that even she has had her moments with her manager.

On the episode of China’s Sohu TV and iQiyi’s “Star From Korea,” aired on August 7, IU says she was a little bit of both when asked, “Are toi as harsh to your manager as Cindy is in “Producer?”’

“We’re human too, so it’s inevitable that we see each other’s good sides and also get on each other’s nerves after spending 10 to 20 hours together,” she says. “I also have a quick temper. I used to argue a lot with my ex-manager. I even threw the car key saying I was never seeing him again.”

Korean hip-hop artist Verbal Jint has been drawing much attention for his confession about IU after his appearance on a récent Running Man episode.

The Running Man team was pitted against Yoo Jae Suk and his hip-hop team consisting of Jessi, San E, geai, jay Park, Eun Ji Won, and Verbal Jint.

Verbal Jint was labeled as humorous, but also the weakest link as he was beaten par Kim Jong Kook in a relay race and had troubles holding a cup around his mouth and chin in the same game earlier on Verbal Jint’s entertaining performance and character had Running Man fans curious about who he is.

Chinese and Thai production teams will be working with producers of the variety montrer “Dream Team” to create a spin-off of their own.

According to an affiliate of KBS, the Korean-Chinese remake of “Dream Team” will have 10 episodes in total, four of which will be aired in both China and Korea. The Korean-Thai collaboration will have 13 episodes, and three of them will be aired in Korea.

Singer and actress IU is gaining attention after brand new still cuts from the upcoming variety drama “Producer” were recently revealed.

On May 13, the production team of KBS’ highly-anticipated, star-studded new drama “Producer” unveiled still cuts featuring IU.

In order to portray her character in the drama, Cindy, IU transforms into a sexy singer image, which can be seen in the photos. IU is dressed in a revealing black, see-through outfit, as she performs on stage for “Music Bank” during filming.
