I saw "Adverse Events" and read "House's idea of Romance" par bainmoussant.
And following my own train of thought while lire it, this idea came up..!:D


After that scene in the cafeteria, I think I noticed something.

I think that Cuddy doesn't like Lucas, she is liking the idea that there's person that is actually willing to montrer his feelings but also in that funny and awkward way.

Somewhat how House would do it if he showed it, but Lucas is less sarcastic and she doesn't know him yet so he remains a mystery.

Yes, House is constantly giving signs, but he quickly dismisses them as jokes ou he doesn't and Cuddy doesn't want to be called and idiot for taking it too seriously but she can't help it. So she smiles them away.

But as we saw in the cafeteria scene, Lucas ,as I said, is less sarcasstic to her,he tries to play games but can't keep the secret for long. He is used to say and see things clearly, because he's not very good at conversations with hidden message.


House quickly dismisses women, meanwhile I think Lucas would consider himself lucky if he had one.
So that could be the reason Lucas is plus enthusiastic.

I don't know why but Lucas is kinda my idea of adolescent House, when he was still willing to play games, correct other people

...

and hide in ice cream trucks. :D

Now House just calls them idiots and goes away smiling :D


Anyway, Cuddy could very well, as Wilson, want to play another game for awhile instead of House's.


But...


If there's gonna be a thrilling moment for Huddy fans, I think it will come in episode 6...
