"Lisa?"the voice on the phone said.It was Lisa's mom."Hey mom.How are you?"Lisa asked."I'm doing fine sweetie.Listen me and your father are coming down to Princeton later on this week."Lisa's mom began."Uh-huh."Lisa responded."And we were thinking about taking toi out to lunch and spending the jour with you."Lisa's mom finished.Lisa smiled."That would be great.So..uh..when are toi coming?"Lisa asked."Thursday."Lisa's mom answered."I have to work..."Lisa began."No problem sweetie.We'll just meet toi at the hospital.That way we can catch up."Lisa's mom said.Lisa pushed a strand of hair out of her eyes."Oh.That's fine I guess."Lisa answered disappointedly."What toi don't want to see us?"Lisa's mom asked."No..I want to see toi guys.It's just that..."Lisa began."We are meeting toi at the hospital whether toi like it ou not!Oh here's your dad."Lisa's mom a dit handing the phone over to her husband."Lise?"her father said."Hi dad."Lisa responded."How are you?"he asked.Lisa looked for a piece of paper to crumple up near the phone.She found a piece and began to crumple it."Sorry....can't...you....conne.."Lisa a dit and hung up the phone.She let out a long sigh."What else!What the fuck else?!"Lisa yelled.Rachel began to cry.Lisa rolled her eyes.She got up and went into the crying infant's room.

Lisa walked into the hospital with Rachel.She ran into House."Is it bring your rugrat to work jour already?"he said.Lisa glared at him."No!"Lisa sharply said.House looked at Rachel."Why are toi bringing her here?"House questioned."What the hell do toi think?"Lisa barked."Nanny quit...She found another job...she couldn't 'do this anymore'."House said.Lisa's jaw dropped."You son of a bitch!"Lisa yelled."No cursing in front of your little rugrat."House said.Lisa stormed off towards her office.As she entered the office,Wilson was in there.When he saw her come in,he stood up.Lisa stopped and looked at him."What Wilson?"Lisa asked."Can we..."he began."If this is another scheme to make me talk about House..I don't want in it.I have a lot of stuff to take care of and your not in the agenda."Lisa said."Why are toi bringing Rachel to work for?"Wilson asked."House tricked my nanny to quit."Lisa answered back."Why..."Wilson began."To make my life miserable.To make me yell at him.To make me plus pissed off at him,"Lisa said,"Choose which ever think is House's way.Why don't toi go ask him and leave me the hell alone for once."Wilson took the hint and walked out of her office.It was a long and miserable work jour for Lisa.House barging in and yelling at her.5 of her nurses quitting.Power surges and having to make emergency plans if there was ever a power outage.She couldn't take it.She had to get away from it all.She left early.She left for home.Her place of peace.Her place of refuge.

She entered her accueil to see the lights on.She had turned everything off before she left.She heard noises in her kitchen.She put Rachel down par the door and went to investigate.Her cœur, coeur began to race.Her thoughts wondered if this was a burglar ou a killer ou somebody that wanted to harm her.As she walked into her cuisine she saw it was House."House!"Lisa yelled."What the hell are toi doing in my house?!"House put down the wine and sandwich, "sandwich" in his hand."This is your house,I thought it was Wilson's.Silly me."House answered.He got up and approached Lisa.He gazed into her eyes.Lisa was taken back.House closed his eyes and bent down to Kiss Lisa.She got Lost in the moment,and closed her eyes,waiting for his lips to met hers.Heads were turning.Arms were going over each others bodies.Clothes were slowly being taken off.Lisa finally realized what was going on.She shoved House off of her.He was confused."You're drunk."Lisa said."Just realizing that now?You didn't refuse the last time we had sex."House responded."That's because we were both drunk.I didn't have Rachel.Now leave."Lisa answered.She bent down and got her chemise and put it back on.House just stood there."Just leave!"Lisa yelled.House put his t-shirt,his shirt,and veste back on.As he passed par her their eyes met for the last time tonight.Lisa closed her eyes and waited for him to leave.As she heard the door slam,she sighed.She picked up her shoes and put them in her room.She went back for Rachel and put the infant in her crib.Lisa a dit goodnight to her foster daughter and kissed her forehead.Rachel's little hands touched Lisa's.Lisa smiled.A smile so big that it seemed to light the entire house.

Thursday.The jour that Lisa's parents would arrive.Her alarm went off.She opened her sleep filled eyes.She turned onto her back.She weakly lifted her arm to shut off the alarm.She cuddled up to her oreiller and fell back to sleep.When she awoke again it was bright out.She sighed dreamily.She turned her head towards the clock.In red numbers it read '7:45 AM' She lurched vers l'avant, vers l’avant and hurriedly got dressed."I can't believe I'm late.And they could arrive at the hospital any minute!"she said.Moments later she was combing her hair.She called her suivant door neighbor."Hey Jan could toi watch Rachel for me..."Lisa began remembering that she would bring her daughter to work,"Oh toi can't?Damn."She hung up and got Rachel,got her dressed,and put her in the car seat.

She arrived at her hospital.As she entered the clinic,it was silent.Lisa got a confused look.Nurse Brenda walked up to the desk."Wheres the patients?"Lisa asked."House did all of his clinic work and asked me to close the clinic today.He looked happy."Nurse Brenda answered."Yeah almost getting to my bedroom would make him happy."Lisa thought.Lisa walked into her office and put Rachel down par her desk.Lisa sat down at her bureau and picked up her phone.She dialed her mom's cellphone number.As the phone began it's monotonous ringing Thirteen entered the office.Lisa looked up."Dr.Cuddy I need to speak with you."Thirteen said.Lisa nodded."Start talking."Lisa said.Thirteen took a siège in front of the desk."It's about House."Thirteen said.Lisa nodded."Hello?"answered Lisa's mom."Mom?Are toi on.."Lisa began."We are about to arrive in Princeton right now.She toi soon."Lisa's mom a dit hanging up.Lisa put the phone back onto its receiver."What about House?"Lisa finally answered."He's been jouer la comédie strange today."Thirteen said.Her voice was very confused."And..."Lisa said.Thirteen raised an eyebrow."You don't..."Thirteen began."At this moment no.I'll talk to House later.But for now I want toi to do your job."Lisa said.Thirteen got up and left Lisa's office.

Lisa's heels were 'click-clacking' down the corridor down to House's office.She had to speak to him."Cuddy."a voice a dit from behind Lisa.Lisa rolled her eyes."What Wilson?"Lisa said."I got a call from downstairs.To people are down there and they want to see you."Wilson said.Lisa looked down at the floor.House and his fellows were walking down the corridor.Lisa turned around and took the stairs down.House saw her rush off.He glared at Wilson."It could be PA..."Taub began to suggest.House rushed off to follow Lisa down,but instead he took the elevators.Lisa looked around for Rachel in her office and the clinic.Lisa began to panic.As the orderly that Lisa left Rachel with passed by,Lisa grabbed her par the shirt."Where the hell is my baby?!"Lisa screamed in her face.The orderly began to get scared."Where is Rachel?!"Lisa screamed again."Tw-tw--two pe-peo..."the orderly stuttered."Out with it!"House said.Lisa turned around.House looked into the orderly's green eyes."Where is the baby?"House asked politely."In the cafeteria with a couple."she admitted.House looked at Lisa.Lisa nodded."Thank you."she a dit to House.She glared at the orderly.She saw her check out House."Get back to work ou you're fired."Lisa barked.The orderly jumped and got back to work."Jealous much."House said.Lisa smiled.She and House walked out of the clinic and went in opposite directions.Lisa stopped."House!"Lisa shouted.House turned around."Wanna come meet my parents?"Lisa asked.She was smiling.House looked at her.
