Drip, drop, drip, drop. toi could hear the precipitation as it slowly began to rain. Drip after drop the rain fell harder and faster as it hit every roof and window. A rather young girl, in a brown over manteau covering her head, stood outside a rather large building.
She hesitantly took a step towards the building, debating whether ou not to get any closer, watching as people moved from here to there and from there to here. She swallowed hard and went with her gut. Then slowly, yet surely, she pushed through the see through doors and entered the building.
She started looking around for someone to bother. She took a deep breath starting to reconsider her decision. A bit unsure of what she should do suivant she stood there and continued to watch as people moved constantly and almost never stopped. Waiting to see if somebody, anybody would notice her.
Almost instantly a middle-aged woman, dressed rather professionally came up to her with a kind expression on her face.
“Hello, I’m Dr. Lisa Cuddy,” She introduced herself, “Can I help you?”
The young girl stood there quietly. No one has ever really asked to assist her with anything. She was unsure of how to answer the kind question. She slowly looked at the middle-aged doctor and stared at her for a moment, lire her facial expression and body language. She swallowed hard once plus and opened her mouth to speak.
“No thank you,” Her voice was sweet and soft, “I think I can—”, she was interrupted par a rather loud yell.
“You.” shouted a man, also middle-aged, pointing his cane at the doctor who had ask to assist the young girl.
Dr. Cuddy sighed with annoyance.
“What is it now, House?” She asked pretty irritated.
“What did toi do? Where did toi put them?” He asked completely ignoring a young girl standing suivant do Cuddy.
“What are toi talking about?” The middle-aged woman asking, jouer la comédie as if she were completely clueless.
“My vicodin. My secret stash. Where did toi put it?” He asked staring her down.
“Oh that, well, I took it away.” She answered simply.
“Why?” He asked, with anger in his voice.
“Well, because toi already have a bottle that just needs to get refilled and some patients are complaining that their doctor is getting high on drugs.” Cuddy a dit with a Victorious smirk, thinking she had ended the argument.
“That can be any doctor in the world.” He shouted.
“No, you’re the only doctor in this hospital that takes vicodin constantly in front of his patients.” She said, with a bit of a dull tone.
“It’s not as if they don’t get better.” He said, believing he could win the little argument.
“Yes, but patients rather have a doctor who isn’t stoned ou high.”
“I’m still doing my job correctly aren’t I?” He didn’t back down.
“House, I took them away and hid them. If toi need plus vicodin just tell Wilson ou I and we’ll either write toi a prescription ou I’ll return, little par little, your secret stash.” She a dit bring the confrontation to an end.
“This isn’t over.” He a dit having the last word in the argument and going back to the elevator.
Cuddy, forgetting all about the young girl she was about to assist turned her back and started to head back to the clinic. The young girl went after her.
“Um, excuse me.” The young girl called out to the doctor.
Lisa stopped and turned around feeling a bit sorry about forgetting the young girl who was standing right there.
“Oh I’m sorry, do toi need help?” She asked for the seconde time.
The young girl, suddenly shy, stood there once plus and looked at the ground quietly. She wanted to ask a question but felt rude for calling out to her in that manner.
“Are toi okay? Do toi feel sick?” The doctor asked in a plus concerned tone.
The young girl stood there for another moment thinking of what to say exactly so she doesn’t accidentally say something wrong. She shook her head and looked at the doctor with a sweet soft smile.
“No ma’am, I am not feeling at all ill and yes I am okay,” She a dit kindly and with the sweetest voice toi ever heard, “I just have a little question.” She stated hesitantly.
“Well what is it,” Cuddy asked kindheartedly, “If it’s embarrassing I’ll keep it a secret. I swear on my life.”
The young girl smiled widely at the kindness and sincerity of the doctor in front of her. She didn’t feel as shy as she did not 5 minutes ago.
“Well that doctor toi were just speaking to,” She began looking at Cuddy to make sure she knew who she was talking about, “Was that Dr. Gregory House?”
Cuddy’s smile left a bit, but did not disappear completely as she nodded. She thought that once more, House had done something wrong.
“Why, what did he do this time?” Cuddy asked dully expecting a whole liste of complaints.
To her surprise the girl just smiled appreciatively, thanked Cuddy and ran off to follow House. Cuddy stood there in confusion watched as the girl go up the stairs instead of taking the elevator.
The young girl wandered the hall for a while looking for House. She looked on every door and around every corner. Finally she made it to House’s office and to her surprise Dr. Cuddy was there once again. The young girl hadn’t noticed that it had taken her so long to find the office.
Hesitantly the girl knocked on the transparent glass door. She waited outside for them to motion her to come in as if it were a wooden door.
House looked past Cuddy and to the girl and waited for her to enter. When she hesitated and stayed waiting House gave her a confused look.
Cuddy, seeing this look, turned around to see the young girl she had ran into downstairs. She looked at House and waited for him to let her in.
“Invite her in.” Cuddy instructed.
“Why can’t she come in herself? Is she some sort of robot who only takes orders, wait no that your kid.” House stated.
Cuddy just glared and replied, “She is one of those polite kids, House. Now invite her in ou she won’t come in at all.”
“I don’t mind. I wanna see how badly she wants to get my autograph.” House stated.
Cuddy merely rolled her eyes and sighed.
“Come on in, sweetie.” Cuddy a dit instantly changing her demeanor to a happy friendly one.
The young girl took a deep breath and stared at the two doctors as she stood still outside. She had been invited in but started to reconsider even leaving her accueil in the first place. She looked at House and Cuddy as they watched and waited for her to come on in. With a deep breath and a hard avaler, hirondelle she entered the room nervously.
“Do toi need something?” House asked in his rude snide way.
“I-I’m Anne Harris,” The young girl began finally taking off the over coat, “And I’m—”
She started to feel pain in her lower abdomen. She held her sides in great pain. Anne groaned and tried not to cry ou scream.
“Are toi okay?” Cuddy asked, putting her hand on Anne’s shoulder.
Anne nodded weakly. She’s been feeling pain there for a while and learned to ignore and sometimes control it. As she took deep breaths and began to smile once more, she looked up at the doctor kindly. Just when she believed she was feeling better, she began to vomit. House jumped up from his bureau and Cuddy jumped back. Anne started to feel dizzy and began to lose consciousness.
“Anne! Anne! Anne!” Anne could hear them calling her name as she began to fade into the darkness.

Here is my entry for the Ship mois fan Fiction Contest. Never done a Foreteen fanfic before, so ours with me on this one because I haven't had any practice at écriture these characters and I don't write serious fan fiction. If this turns out to be an unholy disaster, please don't point and laugh!

Foreman & Thirteen in 'Boombox'

Foreman opened his car door and struggled to pull the giant boombox out from the back seat. It was heavy and awkward to carry, but eventually Foreman managed to lift the device out of the car and carry it to the middle of the courtyard outside Thirteen's apartment...

DIE LUCAS, YOU'RE A TOTAL LOSER, I DON'T KNOW WHAT CUDDY SEES IN YOU, SHE'S MEANT FOR HOUSE!

Okay, I get it, so could toi stop?
Funny scene in prévisualiser od "9 to 5" really made my day, because it was... well, funny, and didn't matter, that I l’amour Luddy. But then I came back to spot to write about it and I read all these mean commentaires about Lucas and House.
Okay, Huddy is an OTP, we get it! Not only from you, but from producers also.
Why can't I say anything bad about 13 (like right here: link) and no one has any problems with all people around bashing Lucas ONLY for being not House in relationship...

“Mistake”-Moby
I feel like I’ve Lost plus than the l’amour of my life. I feel like my best friend has disappeared. I know I always only give Wilson that title, but the truth is that she is on the same level of loyalty within my mind. I wish I had the courage to tell her this small fact…She would never believe me anyway. She never has believed me when I am being genuine. I deserve some of that ridicule and mistrust, but not all of it. I did bring her that med-school desk, showed up at that horrible 80’s dance to impress her with my determination, and told her she made me feel funny.

“Mother...

NOT MINE.

In the unlikely event that anyone on this spot cares enough about Wilson to read this :P , here's an extract from the link "Difficult Characters" written par Doris Egan (one of the writers of House MD), in which she writes a few things about Wilson's character. The complete article also includes analysis of characters from different stories she has written.

In a novel, it would be easy to lay out [a character's] thoughts. In a visual medium, the viewer has to do the work themselves, and here's the problem: we're used to there only being one answer.

Take Wilson, a complex character on...

Cuddy is a stand -alone character in House MD, she is the only character, perhaps besides Kutner, to truly believe in the ideals she lives by. Cuddy is the idealist of the show, the character that believes that good should and can triumph over evil. Many would argue that Cameron also shares these qualities, but I would argue that she has become hardened while working under House, and though I do not take that quality as a bad one, she is no longer the idealistic, empathetic girl that we were introduced to in season`1. Cuddy on the other hand, has not so much as changed as a character, but like...

Inspired par Oldmovie from link which is why she gets a spot in the title. ;D
For all of toi who are dying to know all the gaps--college, House being hired--even how Wilson came to work with House. How are things incorporated together, to make what we know today?
This is just my opinion through I must say a fairly long fan fiction of how things could've happened. Very small details have been changed to fit the course of the time and events to allow them to make sense. If toi want the mechanics on this(actual math, the workings, what happened and when) toi can send me a personal message asking....

Wilson: We're not Friends anymore, House. I'm not sure we ever were.

Harsh words, probably the first hurtful words caring and sensitive Wilson ever a dit to House.
Being the show's main character, we got to see plus of House's side of that conversation than Wilson's, plus what House was feeling and House's reaction to those words than what they meant to Wilson.
Hearing those words from your best friend must be devastating alright, but what about saying them? What about the feelings that led Wilson to speak them out loud?

I always find it funny the great ammount of House fans who are completely confident...

I'm talking of course about the lack of explanations donné for House's supposed attempt to kill Chase on the episode House Divided.

My first reaction to that scene was "what the hell?!?!". It has never been hinted that House either likes ou dislikes Chase any different than any of the other ducklings (old ou new), so why on earth would he ever want him dead? I thought it was really lame at the momment, and since I couldn't find a good explanation for it I decided to ignore it and pretend it never happened.

But weeks later, after watching Both Sides Now, I finally found an explanation that not...

Buzzzzzzz...Buzzzzzzz... Wilson felt a vibration is his suits’ pants pocket. His hand slid over the haut, retour au début of the pants and griped the phone, silencing the vibrating sound.
“Dr. Wilson!” A stern voice called again, “Dr. Wilson, we WILL continue without toi if toi have other, plus important business to attend to.”

Wilson shot his head from his pocket to the podium and upon a grey haired judge whose eyes were distinctly burning through his own. He stumbled to find words to put with the fact that he DID NOT want to go to jail. His lip...

The rain poured over the PPTH as the doctors and patients rushed in. Not even five minutes ago, it was a warm clear evening when the rain snuck up and attacked. The lobby quickly filled as everyone tried to get inside and get dry.
“Are toi kidding me,” Dr. Lisa Cuddy said, “This is the sixth time this week it started pouring without warning,”...

It's THC again... decided to post my newest piece here since it has been a while. I've been on LJ the last mois ou so. It's the usual: House + Wilson strong friendship, angst, tissue worthy depending on how soft toi are and PG-13. It contains heavy spoilers for 5x23 "Under My Skin"... that means insomnia and hallucinatory Amber!

Enjoy!

He needs to sleep.

Inside his office lies a bunker of Energy drink cans, sleeping pills and blankets and pillows and teddy bears and warm milk... birdsong entwined with new age musique is drifting across the background, the blinds are drawn.

John was killed par the security and House was fighting between life and death exactly that afternoon because of the bullet hitting his cœur, coeur valves. Chase already told Cuddy that anytime soon he could leave them behind. Wilson, Foreman, Taub, Cameron and Thirteen grieved over the news and stayed in House’s room. All of them were shedding tears as House managed to hold Cuddy’s hand.
Cuddy: toi can make it, Greg… toi will…
House: <shakey voice> I… don’t… think… so…
Cuddy: <sobs some plus as she tightly hold his hands> No, don’t say that… You’ll get out of this…...

“I’m home,” Cuddy cried out as she enters the doorway of their accueil back in Michigan. Everything’s back to normal. The vases, the pillows and the cabinets that were thrown par John months il y a had been replaced and furnished. The stair rail was also newly painted and a new TV was added. John was wearing his usual handsome smile when he was coming down the stairs when she noticed him. He immediately kissed her and hugged her tight but it took her a long time before she wrapped her arms around him too.
John: I have missed toi so much…
Guilt was running Cuddy’s veins as her husband moved...

I figured the best way to express my thoughts on this article would be to take it one point at a time. Note, because of the heated debates regarding screentime of certain characters, I feel all arguments regarding that matter have been hashed out already so I'm not going to commentaire on those points because I don't feel like rehashing all those arguments again.

1. Too Much Thirteen
I'm not going to commentaire on this.

2. House Seems to Have donné Up
I DISAGREE with this as well. House is a complex and multi-layered character. While he may revel in making other people miserable and irritating them,...

"You're an ass" someone screamed. " Yeah. I got that a lot" a deep, flawless, and charming voice replied. " Who's that?" Lisa Cuddy asked her college lunch buddy. "Oh! Thats Greg House. As toi might have heard...he's an ass." Lisa's friend replied. Lisa couldnt help but to stare at this new face. A beautiful, flawless, and very handsome face at that. She couldnt stop staring; Greg House (for some reason) attrackted Lisa. CHAPTER 1 DISCOVERIES
It was another dreary and dank morning in apartment 221B. The alarm clock rang at 9:30 AM just like it always did, waking him up so he could be just perfectly late to work, he opened his deep blue eyes and groaned from the pain shooting up his leg, yes just like every morning. He even had a slow but steady routine from the minute his eyes opened. He grabbed his cane and the bottle of Vicodin from the side table, tableau near his bed. Sleepily he pops one in his mouth sets the bottle back down and is off to get dressed in whatever t-shirt and jeans calls to him that day. Then puts...

Chapter 2: Discoveries
