Beware the intense, two-minute long conversation that comes midway through the episode! Ouch. But mind you, the screener I was sent did not include the very final scene, which par my best guess must run at least 45 secondes long. Who knows what could go down there.

My take: It’s pretty outstanding, especially if toi go into it expecting a House-centric heure featuring an utterly aces performance par Mr. Hugh Laurie. That said, I myself honestly would have liked to see a bit plus of the team. But that’s just me.

The TV Addict: House and Cuddy fans will certainly be pleased with the amount of screen time dedicated their favori duo. As for the resolution of the will-they-or-won’t-they that has been bubbling over the course of the past few seasons. Well, let’s just say that remains to be seen. And we mean that literally! Because as much as we’d like to reveal the outcome of the very frank conversation House and Cuddy share with eachother as they struggle to sûr, sans danger the life of patient trapped under the rubble outside of the hospital, the executives at renard continue to live up to their network’s namesake (as in sly as a…) par cutting the finale screener off just prior to the final scene.
Will all the talk surrounding the HOUSE finale centered around House and Cuddy, is there anything for fans of the rest of the Team to look vers l'avant, vers l’avant to? — Max
With the notable exception of one doozy of a decision par unlucky number Thirteen, Foreman, Chase and Taub get realitively little screen time in this very “Huddy” centric season finale.
Auden in Tampa: Forget about Huddy for a moment. What about the rest of the docs on House? What's in store for them in the season finale?
How about some scoop on the Princeton-Plainsboro gang?
Actually, the one complaint I have about the episode is not enough Dr. Wilson! It is indeed the House-Cuddy montrer in the season finale. But we do get to see developments with the tragic storyline of beautiful Thirteen. Developments, I say. Not a resolution.
Episode Recap
It begins with Cuddy jouer la comédie strangely, though no reason is given. House looks for her, and when he finds her she tells him that there has been a bad incident in New York City, and that doctors are being called from every hospital to help. It is not clear if this is an accident ou a terrorist attack. House, Cuddy and Foreman go to the site.
When they get there, they find a man trapped, Foreman pulls him out, and follows him into the ambulance to PPTH. House and Cuddy stay at the site, where there is a woman trapped. House enters the site, leaving Cuddy outside. While there, House figures out why Cuddy is jouer la comédie oddly.
Then House hear an explosion, finds a way to enter the debris, and crawls into a tunnel where he sees a woman. He leaves the debris to ask for help, and while there he talks to Cuddy. What happens between them I do not know, but whatever it is, it does not involve him: something happened to her the night before, and she is very happy about it.
Meanwhile at PPTH the team is working on the first man.
House enters the debris again and goes to where the woman is trapped. He begins to work on her. There is a seconde crash and it is clear that they need to go out as soon as possible, but to do this, House must hurt the woman. She is scared¦ House tries to comfort her, but there is a amer edge to it: he tells the patient she has to get out since she has a life, though he does not.
The patient is pulled out and rushed to PPTH in an ambulance but she dies on the way. House arrives at the ER and hears the news. He is crushed.
He leaves, goes back home, enters the bathroom quickly, and take 2 vicodin tablets.
