House Question

Can anyone recommend anything similar to House M.D.?

I'm on season 6 right now and I'm dreading the moment when I finally finish it, because everything else I try to watch will probably seem lame in comparison... so is there anything that toi think WONT seem lame, because it has wonderful characters, humour etc like House M.D.? I need something to fill the House M.D. shaped hole that will be in my life. :P

2) link: This is a Sherlock Holmes adaptation (as House MD kinda is). This show's Sherlock struggles with some emotional camelote, indésirable very similar to House, so it gives me the feels similarly to House (although not as intensely, obviously). Elementary is currently in its 4th season, and as yet, has not been cancelled.
