In the promo for House Riffs- on religion where he is playing the piano, does anyone know which scene of house and name of the musique piece hugh is playing

The scene is from the episode Unfaithful and (in the actual episode) he's playing Cuddy's Serenade.

I have no idea what piece of musique was used for the "Riff on Religion" clip though.
