Silver Bullet, Creature From The Black Lagoon, The Curse of Frankenstein, van Helsing, Critters, The Others ou Final Destination.

Puppet master vs. the damonic toys is Pg 13! But there kinda cheep... cause those idiots at Fullmoon direct gave them to those other idiots at Sifi!!!! >=(

When a Stranger Calls, Black X-Mas, Stay Alive, One Missed Call, The Eye, The Others...honestly you're not going to find a whole lot of good horror in PG-13.

Stay Alive, Poltergeist, Final destination, The sixth sense, The others...i'm sure u can look plus up :)

The Omen. the original not the 2006 version very scary and I don't think it is rated R.

The others is very good,then Ruins,Orphan,Mirrors,Eden Lake,House of wax,Silent Hill........

ghost ship(i don't recommend it if hes really young for multiple reasons)(it was PG13 when i rented it a couple years ago),House of wax(starring Vincent Price),House on haunted hill{starring Vincent Price)(very good has a really twisted ending)(available on Netflix i don't know wear else unless toi get lucky Netflix is your best bet),
(during amc fear fest they had one of the Halloweens starring Danielle Harris rated PG last October but i don't know which but they probable edited it),The Thing from another world,The birds(Alfred Hitchcock)(starring Tippi Hedren,Psycho(Alfred Hitchcock)(starring Janet lee),The Grudge(the first one is the best),the bad seed(the original)(really good very creepy),one missed call(didn't scare me but very suspenseful and would probable freak him out),black swarm(my favori scifi/horror actor Robert Englund has a awesome part in it)(very good i saw it on scifi channel its available on Netflix),George Romero's Night of the living dead(it moves a little slow but it has great musique toi might not wanna go with this one he might insult George Romero because of what little he knows account-ta it was filmed a while back so it might be a little cheesy to him (I'm speaking of the original)),The haunting of Molly Hartley(keeps toi guessing),The Haunting in Connecticut(pretty good plays around with your head a bit but really good),the exorcism of Emily rose(it hasn't been rated par the MPAA according to Netflix and i can't remember the rating on the dvd but it is really good creepy might give toi both a scare it makes toi think)
