Anyone know of good horror films WITHOUT POPOUTS?

I l’amour horror movies, but I can't handle the pop outs due to bad anxiety, I don't care how scary they are just NO POPOUTS. And please don't commentaire about how every horror movie has pop outs, I have seen many many horror films without them. Thanks.

Pretty sure they mean the moments when it's dead quiet and then "BOO!" Like the ending of the original F13 ou the ending to the original Carrie those I guess are called "pop outs" I just call them "overused cop outs"
