What was the most disgusting Horror movie toi ever saw?

I never actually saw this film, but I saw a prévisualiser of a movie called "Doll Graveyard" and it looked so nasty!

JP2 is about a beast who eats body parts that he needs , TCM is a guy who tortures the people who comes to pass par his town and eats em, and SAW i s about this guy who plays "games" with his victim, if toi loose, toi die

I watched the trailer for the human mille pattes, mille-pattes and it's alright, but I like gross horror films so it doesn't bother me that much.

Not many films come to mind as it takes quite a bit to gross me out. But I guess if I had to pick one, I would say this movie called Captivity. There was this one scene where a man blends severed body parts in a mixer, table de mixage and forces his victim to drink it.

Captivity's very good for me :D. foreseeable for me. I knew who is the killer since 1/3 movie.

Those kind of films don't scare the life out of me it's just nasty but I'm still use to watching them. I like paranormal horror movies. Those kinds of films are fun to watch.

I guess Wrong Turn was pretty gross and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I almost forgot, 3 Extremes, it's an Asian horror movie, but it was pretty disgusting, good but disgusting.
