Hm, maybe being buried alive in a wooden caisse of some kind. Every seconde toi breath your wasting oxygen, until eventually toi run out and suffocate, if toi don't lose toi mind first anyway and try to find a way to off yourself. Also, toi have that risk of the earth braking through your caisse and crushing toi and possibly breaking bones.

Have toi ever seen Silent Hill? cause in that movie one of the characters got burned alive and thats the first thing I ever saw anything like that.I've been scared of dieing that way ever since.
