The original, not the remake. I truly think the horror genre died out in the 2000s. Forgive me but we see like what 6 a an now? Back in its zenith, toi had 2 a an come out ou something. They used to be low key, now it's mainstream, too commercial & unoriginal. ^^^^^^ BUT“Cammiecurlers From Hell”!!!!! ?????????
IT STILL scares the sh** out of Me.!!! I remember once when I was a kid, I had a dream it came out of the bathroom (I was inside the master bedroom where my mom & Dad slept) & it started jumping around the room waving its claws. ::shudder:: I’m sorry I can’t even write anymore I haven’t been right since….. I don't know why ou where they came from but there were rumors going around at the time that they were going to try & clone Cammiecurlers ou do something to create a real one - I think that that was what scared me most. I was convinced it really would happen & that it would get free!
Also, another film that just shouldn’t have been made is “The Witches”(an adaptation of Roald Dahl's book). I'm not sure if many people will have seen this, but eeeew! That scene when they all take of their wigs and montrer their stumpy feet and the main witch reveals her disgusting face...it still gives me the shivers.
But I still have a hard time sleeping over “Cammiecurlers From Hell” Just because of this post, I’m probably going to have to sleep with the lights & T.V. on, and have my cat nestle up close.
..........................OH God..Why did I post this??
posted il y a plus d’un an
Quixotey, where the hell did ya get that photo of me? Not only did I not authorize toi to use actual photographs of myself but toi think I belong in the Horror spot. That's lame, dude!
Ouch that's a hard one. I have my horror films in like categories. My favori cheesy horror films are "IT" and ALL the Chucky flims. I l’amour zombies so I like "Night of the Living Dead." But if I had to choose one I would say "Rosemary's Baby" I absoultly l’amour that flim!

Halloween(1978) is the ABSOLUTE BEST! it is a must see movie A few other good ones are A Nightmare on elm street(1984)(their all good even the remake),Friday the 13th(1980),Texas chain saw massacre(their all pretty good including the remake) Silence of the agneau is a favori as well. The oldies really in general are the best. Phantom of the opera(1925) is really good.Lon Chaney the man of a thousand faces any of his films are good ones. His son Lon Chaney jr. made a lot of good ones too.One of his best was The loup man(1941). Boris Karloff in Frankenstein(1931) is the best a personal favori one of Karloff's best definitely Bela Lugosi as Dracula was really wonderful he was very intense. Vincent Price man he's done some amazing roles too House on haunted colline was a big favorite. Pretty much from Lon Chaney's time through to the 80's is the best but the 90's had some good ones too and now theirs a few good ones every now and then but my favs start in the 1920's ou earlier and go through the 70's and 80's Halloween will always be my favorite

Favorite? Gosh I have alot!! But I guess my ultimate fav would have to be Aliens. The 1st one was pretty good an the seconde was even better! For its time (1986) the special effects were absolutely amazing an the action was awesome! My 2nd all time fav would be the 1982 version of The Thing
