Do toi think England should be portrayed as plus polite?

Sometimes I cringe at England's... erm... words (I REEEEALLLLY hope I didn't offend any of toi England fans). Do toi think England's perfect the way he is ou should he be plus polite/nicer?

In America we have two stereotypes. One is the overly polite, fancy British person with the fancy accent, and the other one is what toi described.
