Well think. America's real name is Alfred Jones so I would think his sisters name would be along that line..maybe Alyssa Jones, Grace Jones, Elizabeth Jones ...that all I can think of at the moment.
It depends. Do toi mean human name ou state name? I'm assuming toi mean human name. If it's America's younger sister, then use a name that's typically considered "American." (Madison, Anna, etc.) I'm guessing toi need a name because you're making an OC? If so, I'd l’amour to see how it turns out! Just remember to do your research. :)
