I've heard that the series premiere is gonna b 2 hours long, can anyone confirmer this?

Yes, this is true much like the season 3 Premiere it's going to be 2 hours(8-10 P.M) long which means their is going two episodes. We are going to be seeing Episode 1:Orientation and Episode 2:Jump, Push, Fall on September 21 Yay.
