I like many fans of Hart of Dixie have watched season 3 unfold in amazement and I have come up with an interesting theory. Is Zoe Hart dreaming, now before toi stop lire and click away take time and have a good think about it.
I recently went back a watched the first episode of season 3 again, its amazing what toi pick up when toi watch something plus than once. The first thing that struck me was the opening line. Zoe is dreaming about the Founders jour Parade and there is Tom Long remember what he a dit ?He a dit "come back Doctor Hart wake up" remember the look of confusion on her face? Side note in the same episode the bus ride is from the Pilot episode I don't know if that means anything but its strange why even put that in ? I wondered what that whole sequence was about. The suivant thing we know Zoe has been in New York for 5 months she's in a relationship with a person we have never seen before and she is about to buy an apartment with him and has donné up on BlueBell altogether.The practice that she worked so hard to build Wade who professed his l’amour for her.Her best friend Lavon were all told in e-mails that she was not coming back WTF.
Another thing that I can't get my head around is the behaviour of the characters this season lets have a look at them starting with Lemon.
We come to know this woman over the first two seasons as someone who was in a relationship with one man for 15 years despite having an affair with Lavon and in season 2 she was with Walt for 8 weeks before became intimate with him. In season 3 she's been with Meatball, Peter, Carter and Enrique the last two she dated at the same time. She also slept with George again, who is this person. Not to mention she's been in jail par the way in what world dose citron sleep with Meatball,how did that even happen I would have thought that citron would have better options ? Season 1 citron would never even talk to this person. Who knows what she'll do suivant the season isn't over yet.
suivant is Wade look if toi would have told me Wade would be in a committed relationship with a single mother who's a 4th grade school teacher I would have had toi drug tested. I realize people change and mature but this man has also done a 360 from who he was in season 2. I remember when he was a guitare player who went off with a woman he met in the bar was it that long il y a ? I find it also strange that the conversation he had with Zoe at the end of season 2 after he chased her across Alabama has been all but forgotten about. She is probably the first woman he has ever told he loved, no conversation has been had about this up to this point its just been forgotten why ?
George what happen to cause George to go off the rails and wind up in a seedy motel hiding from the world. I realize he was upset over Tansey bailing on him but the man was a survivor. He survived 15 years with citron and was still strong enough to forgive her after her affair with Lavon and bounced right back after Zoe chose to be with Wade after he called his wedding off for her after pinning for her thru out season 1. That would have been the time to go off the rails but he didn't so what happened ?
Lavon what the hell happened to him he pouts in his house over town mergers and hides from the world wasn't he in the NFL didn't he play in 2 Super bowls is that not the definition of pressure? Here is a man who professed his l’amour to citron on plus than one occasion in the first season even though he knew she was going to marry George he continued the l’amour conquers all theme. Then in season 2 he was willing to marry Ruby after only 4 episodes. He had to walk through the feu to get AB in the first place remember what he a dit This is worth fighting for ? Now your expected to believe he can't tell the same woman she is the l’amour of his life but he still loves her it doesn't make sense, the question now becomes who is the l’amour of his life? What did he mean when a dit "something was holding him back ? He a dit he didn't l’amour citron anymore, he chose AnnaBeth over Ruby, all of a sudden he is a user of women who can't commit that has never been Lavon if anything he is ou was the exact opposite of that falling for women too fast ?
AnnaBeth here is a woman who was married to a man for 4 years and he destroyed her when he left her for another woman, who must have been a supermodel waitress, maybe one jour we will meet Jake and his new love? Yet she is also a survivor who picked herself up out of the dirt and solider on. She started her own business and moved on with her life. Now all of a sudden she's desperately trying to get married again and her whole worth is tied up in being someone's wife unbelievable.
Look character experimentation is nothing new I understand if it was one maybe even two people who have alter their paths but not all of them and not this drastically. All these things tell me something else is going on in the background here something that can explain all this. One thing that can is this is all going on in Zoe's head.
Hear is my theory about what's happening lets start with Joel he is what Zoe visualizes as a good boyfriend stable reliable trustworthy emotional stable. Someone who maybe is sitting suivant to her on the plane ou bus who she was talking to before she fell asleep has Zoe ever talked about how they met. Lemon's behaviour can be explained because she and Zoe are not friend's she is being taken out of her normal behaviour. As for Wade she my be picturing him in a stable committed relationship with a woman who looks a lot like her. The George thing my be about guilt on her part for basically destroying two of his relationships and never getting together with him. On a side note this would also explain Tansey's strange choice of Scooter over George why ou how that happed is strange. The Lavon and AB thing is just a simple case of her best Friends falling in l’amour and getting married and moving on and not being able to be there for her when she needs them all the time. This applies to both AB and Lavon remember the last episode of season 2 they were both annoyed when she barged into the lit room maybe in her mind it would be better if she were their main focus.
I know all these things make Zoe seem like well not a nice person. The opposite is true it makes her real I l’amour Dr. Hart she is flawed just like the rest of us that is why she is such an interesting character. Lets face it though we all pretty much know how the endgames will play out plus ou less so toi got a lot of time to fill. What better way to fill a season toi can basically take the characters anyway toi want and reset at the end with no consequence. I wouldn't be surprised if someone is waking her up in the last episode telling her she's arrived in Blue cloche, bell and Wade is waiting for her. Look I may be wrong this is all my opinion but if it is all real then the writers are goanna need a season to explained what went on during the five months Zoe was away. I don't recognize these people they are not the people from the first 2 seasons the dynamics have changed and for the most part not for the better. In closing I would just like to say come back Dr. Hart wake up!
