Both are not that beautiful. But if i had to choose it would be Fleur. Clemence Poesy is pretty but not nearly as beautiful as Fleur is potrayed to be in the books.

im thinking of the books here so i pick fleur she is a veela. same way if u asked ginny or hermione (meaning bonnie or emma) i would say emma. but if u asked ginny or hermione actually meaning them from the books, i would say Ginny, because she is simply supposed to be prettier. Hermione was never portrayed ad pretty.
