Sirius and Fred. Sirius was my favourite character in all series and his death was pretty pointless, but at least it made sense. Fred's death on the other hand only made sense to show the randomness of war, but it looked a bit contrived as if it was done for shocking effect. Plus cannot even imagine how it must have been for George...

Severus Snape but Fred, Dobby, Sirius and Hedwig too.

Cried the whole time during Snape's death and Harry viewing his memories! Especially the scene where he's holding Lily and screaming after she was killed. :'(

Depends. In the movie, definitely Snape. No one can beat the acting genius of Alan Rickman. However, in the book i found Fred's death much more devastating.

Along with Snape, Fred, Hegwig, and Tonks.

The movie was a disgrace, an injustice to her death!

OF course Snape's was too-I found Ced's really really sad-so atmospheric!

Oh come one guys, I'm betting most of us only like Bellatrix because the actress (H. Bonham-Carter). In the book she's ugly, mean, and poor Neville's parents!

I cried when she died she was amazing

People are seriously upset about Bellatrix? That really disgusts me. Yes, let's cry over someone who murdered people and tortured them for fun! Don't worry about the poor people she killed, or the others who died trying to fight for freedom. You people need a serious dose of reality. I bet you woudln't be crying if she murdered YOUR friends or loved ones.

On a seperate note, I think the death or Remus and Tonks was so sad because it wasn't expected, and they left behind a little baby with no parents. Fred was devestating too, but we all knew one Weasley would die.

But book and movie wise, nothing hit me like Severus' death.
