I agree with Flickerflame here, but for sake of argument I'm gonna go with Parvati. Harry and Lavender would never work; he wouldn't be able to tolerate her dependence and she wouldn't be able to tolerate his bluntness/insensitivity. And while Harry and Hermione would have probably made a good couple, I don't think either of them would be willing to risk their friendship, not to mention the fact I think they grew to see each other as the brother/sister they never had.

So, while up until the fourth book when he started crushing hard on Cho he had no real interest in romance, I think that Parvati is really the only choice of the three that is plausible.

I always thought Parvati was similar to Lavender though, and that was why they were such close friends. We just didn't see what she'd be like in a relationship because it wasn't her whom Ron dated.
