I want to look away, but some sick part of me is fascinated by what it sees. My brain is having an argument with itself. "Watch it! Watch it!" The mad part is screaming. "But then I will be contaminated." The part that is talking sense replies. I want so bad to listen to it, but the mad part is bigger.

I get up and start to pace. I take my parchment out of my pocket and a quill from the other. I write a poem that I find completely meaningless.
In the darkness of my endless night,
You showed me the way
And helped me find the light
I don't know how I could ever pay
For being shown the amazement and delight
That comes in the day

I turn around and sit in front of the TV. I take my muggle notebook, a parting gift from my parents, out of my purse. I fish around in there for a pen and start to sketch a lion, just for fun.

"Ok, you don't work well with quotes, so let's try writing some poems." I tear a sheet of paper out of my notebook and grab anther pen. I hand the stuff to Scorpius. "Just write what you feel, and try to make it flow."

Calling to me, begging me
To come with him
I shake all over at the sight
I refuse, his angelic face
Becomes a scowl
He fades away, leaving a chill
I've just seen a ghost
